Position Summary:

The 6clicks Support Graduate role will allow you to gain unique experience working in a young company that is leading the world in technological innovation in the risk, compliance, and cyber security domains.

As a Support Graduate at 6clicks, you will work closely with the product, engineering, customer success, and sales teams to help champion our growing user base. Tasks include:

  • Fielding first-line support requests from users

  • Running support calls with users and helping them overcome any challenges they encounter

  • Creating knowledgebase articles and support videos, as well as maintaining the 6clicks knowledgebase

  • Feeding customer issues back to the product and engineering team

  • Updating users on new features, enhancements, and bug fixes

  • Assisting the team in setting customer priorities and managing customer expectations

  • Guaranteeing customer satisfaction, product quality, and ongoing customer success with 6clicks

We Are Looking for Someone Who…
  • Has customer support/success experience in software

  • Has a keen interest in technology and intelligent solutions to difficult challenges

  • Has solid communication skills including both verbal and writing skills

  • Is happy to work in a fast-moving environment with hard deadlines

  • Is a team player that can also take an idea and run with it solo, while ascertaining feedback from the appropriate stakeholders when required

  • Has worked with Hubspot (desired but not mandatory)

  • Enjoys a good laugh 😊
Key Selection Criteria:
  • Minimum 3-year degree or equivalent experience

  • Exceptional ability to communicate and foster positive business relationships

  • Experience, or demonstrable skill working with technology

  • Strong organizational skills, ability to self-organize and deliver results efficiently are a must

  • Demonstrable strong verbal and written communication skills. This is essential!

  • Ability to establish and deliver on milestones with little direction

  • Experience, or demonstrable skill, in uplifting processes

  • Deep ability to relate to people, understand needs, and align with solutions
