As a Support Graduate at 6clicks, you will work closely with the product, engineering, customer success, and sales teams to help champion our growing user base. Tasks include:
Fielding first-line support requests from users
Running support calls with users and helping them overcome any challenges they encounter
Creating knowledgebase articles and support videos, as well as maintaining the 6clicks knowledgebase
Feeding customer issues back to the product and engineering team
Updating users on new features, enhancements, and bug fixes
Assisting the team in setting customer priorities and managing customer expectations
Guaranteeing customer satisfaction, product quality, and ongoing customer success with 6clicks
We Are Looking for Someone Who…
Has customer support/success experience in software
Has a keen interest in technology and intelligent solutions to difficult challenges
Has solid communication skills including both verbal and writing skills
Is happy to work in a fast-moving environment with hard deadlines
Is a team player that can also take an idea and run with it solo, while ascertaining feedback from the appropriate stakeholders when required
Has worked with Hubspot (desired but not mandatory)
Enjoys a good laugh 😊
Key Selection Criteria:
Minimum 3-year degree or equivalent experience
Exceptional ability to communicate and foster positive business relationships
Experience, or demonstrable skill working with technology
Strong organizational skills, ability to self-organize and deliver results efficiently are a must
Demonstrable strong verbal and written communication skills. This is essential!
Ability to establish and deliver on milestones with little direction
Experience, or demonstrable skill, in uplifting processes
Deep ability to relate to people, understand needs and align with solutions
