Hailey Assist is an all-in-one conversational AI assistant embedded within the 6clicks platform that users can access anytime, anywhere. It integrates generative AI, a foundational Large Language Model, and our Enterprise Action Model with your private data to securely and accurately answer inquiries, perform requests, and execute a variety of tasks ranging from creating assessments to obtaining insights into your overall cyber GRC program.

Easy-to-use chat interface

Assisted navigation
Hailey also facilitates easier navigation and can guide users to different parts of the 6clicks platform. This enables better connectivity between the platform’s modules and improved utilization of its features, therefore enhancing user experience. For example, a compliance manager or vendor manager enters the prompt “show me our most recently onboarded vendors.” Hailey will respond by displaying the most recently added vendors with links to each of their records in the Third-Party module. The vendor manager can then easily navigate to a third-party and see the relevant data, as well as hop back to Hailey to navigate to any other third-party.
Extensive content scope
The beta version of Hailey Assist can leverage your risk and compliance data as well as native 6clicks content such as Knowledge Base articles, frameworks, internal controls, and other turnkey content from the Content Library to supplement its responses. Soon, it will be able to harness external content to answer questions like “What new cyber vulnerabilities could present a risk to my organization?” and provide verified, up-to-date information through advanced data retrieval methods.
