Designed for vendor and third-party onboarding, whereby an initial internal assessment can automatically trigger a more comprehensive vendor assessment depending on the score of the initial assessment, the applicability of this new capability applies to any use case that requires automated follow-up assessments.
Our new automation capability allows you to specify multiple follow-up assessments from existing published templates for each QBA and QBA template. No more manual decision-making on whether a follow-up is required – our system takes care of it for you!
You're in full control of defining the scoring logic that triggers the second assessment for weighted and risk-rated QBAs. Customize your follow-up assessments easily – specify due dates, owners, respondents, and recurring settings to meet your needs. Our system automatically generates a QBA from a template and assigns it to respondents based on your settings and criteria.
With this new capability, it's easy to keep track of automated assessments! 6clicks provides clear indicators showing which assessments have been created and the source assessment which triggered them.
The functionality also extends to Hub & Spoke environments. Define the assessment template and linked automated assessments at the Hub, and share them with your spokes by pushing directly or making the assessments available in the Content Library.
