We are thrilled to announce new updates to our Trust Portal. As we continuously strive to enhance our platform, we've incorporated some of your most sought-after requests, which we hope you'll enjoy.

The 6clicks Trust Portal is the fastest and most transparent way to demonstrate your company’s commitment to risk and compliance, and our latest update introduces the much-anticipated Global Terms & Conditions (T&Cs) feature. This is designed for Hub & Spoke environments, streamlining the management of T&Cs. You can effortlessly add them at the Hub and make them available in your respective Spokes, ensuring consistency across the board. If your T&Cs change, simply update them at the Hub, and the updated T&Cs will propagate down to all connected Spokes automatically, ensuring uniformity across your organization. Lastly, if you require a Spoke to have its own T&Cs, you can enable them to create their own while your other Spokes adopt the mandated T&Cs.

Furthermore, we've revamped how requirements-based assessments (RBAs) are displayed in the Trust Portal. With the new rollout, users gain more control over what they share with the ability to limit which RBA fields are shown to Trust Portal viewers. We've also incorporated RBA response attachments in the viewer for those waiting for attachment features akin to question-based assessments (QBAs), and the choice is in your hands whether you share attachments or not.

We're excited for you to explore these updates, and as always, your feedback is invaluable to us. It is the driving force behind what we build, so please continue sharing your thoughts with us.
